13. Entire Agreement
This Agreement is the complete and entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreement, whether written or oral.

Return policy
MERINO| Atlanta prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise and service.
In fact if you are not happy with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition within 10 business days, and WE WILL PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING AND HANDLING. Once we receive the item (with a receipt showing the cost of shipping and handling, you may request an exchange OR a refund.
Upon receipt of returned items, meeting the requirements of our Return Policy a customer will be issued a web credit (for an exchange), valid for one year from the date issued, and that can be used to purchase products at MERINO| Atlanta, or a refund which will re-issued to the original credit card that was used to purchase the item.
All returns must be sent via UPS/ Fedex, registered mail, or any other delivery service that can track a package, and requires a signature upon delivery.
*Refunds are not permitted unless MERINO| Atlanta has sent an incorrect size, an incorrect or damaged item.
Cancellation of Orders and Out of Stock Items:
You may only cancel your order via telephone, or fax, up to the time the order is shipped. You cannot cancel your order via email. If the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel the order. You are responsible for shipping costs MERINO| Atlanta.
MERINO| Atlanta may cancel your order, or part of your order, if the item is out of stock and no longer available. You will receive an email if your complete order is cancelled because the item or items are out of stock.
In the event that part of your order is out of stock, MERINO| Atlanta will remove the out of stock items from your order, and will ship the items on your order that are in stock.
You will not be charged for the removed items.
If the out of stock items are still desired, please keep checking our website for the availability of the items that you want, so that you can reorder them.
Shipping Policy
Our shipping partners include UPS, FedEx or USPS. We require a signature for all deliveries (You cannot waive Signature Delivery)
We cannot deliver to P.O Boxes; the delivery address must be a street address. Orders to P.O. Boxes will be cancelled.

Please note that it may take longer for our shipping partners to make a delivery; we cannot control the package once it leaves MERINO| Atlanta.
Our shipping partners do not deliver on the weekend or federal holidays.
Three attempts to deliver a package will be made; on the third attempt the package is returned to MERINO| Atlanta.
In the event of undeliverable packages, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs to and from the delivery address and will receive a Web Credit for the returned goods.

Shipping a Gift:
We can ship your purchase as a gift to another party.
